In order to recovery your password, you'll need to use one of your recovery codes. Remember, each recovery code can only be used once.

There is no fallback to recover your account if you have forgotten your password AND lost your recovery codes. YOUR DATA IS LOST.

It may be a good idea to make sure you are entering your username correctly. Check the forgot username page in order to have your username emailed to you.
